Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Baby T! We know you’re excited to receive your baby essentials, and we’re working hard to get them to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume sale periods or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide including; the United States, Canada, Europe, etc.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baby T is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sweetdarknesstk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please ensure it can accept packages from major carriers like USPS, UPS, or DHL.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

Baby T is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.
